What makes you the most enthusiastic about working for Vattenfall?
Vattenfall is an important European energy company. I like the strategy that has been chosen. It is clear and fits the possibilities in the countries where Vattenfall is represented. There are a lot of ways to develop for people working in the Vattenfall Group. Vattenfall facilitates training for all positions and trains future managers well.
Do you feel you can develop your career within Vattenfall?
Yes I do. I participate in several interesting technical and organisational projects that also benefit my personal development. Being a Vattenfall employee, I finished MBA studies and improved my managerial and financial knowledge.
Now I’m also a participant of the Vattenfall Core Management Programme, which brings me new information about the Group, managerial- and communicative tools and how to work in an international culture.
What advice would you give someone considering applying to Vattenfall?
It’s a great place to use your talent, potential and intelligence. You have many ways of making a career here: engineering and other technical professions, finance, sales, marketing and management. Operations in many countries widen your perspective and the view on how international business should be done.
