As a member of the Swedish government’s initiative Swedish Partnership for Global Responsibility, we support the nine principles of the UN Global Compact initiative and OECD’s guidelines for international companies.
The Alliance for Global Sustainability (AGS)
The AGS is an international partnership of four leading science and technology universities: the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, the University of Tokyo, Japan, and the Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. We are deeply committed to supporting sustainability research and education.
CSR Europe
A non-profit organisation promoting corporate social responsibility, CSR Europe’s mission is to help companies achieve profitability, sustainable growth and human progress by placing corporate social responsibility in the mainstream of business practice.
International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
Vattenfall is a signatory to the ICC Business Charter for Sustainable Development.
Partnering Against Corruption Initiatve
In an effort to combat global corruption, the World Economic Forum Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI) was formally launched by CEOs from the Engineering & Construction, Energy and Metals and Mining industries in January 2004. PACI is business driven global initiative with commitment from the top.
