Lone Fønss Schrøder
Born 1960, is a director and was elected to the Board in 2003.
Education:
Lone has an M.Sc. in law from the University of Copenhagen and an M.Sc. in economics from the Copenhagen Business School.
Work experience:
During the years 1982 – 2003 she held various executive positions in A.P. Möller-Maersk A/S and since 2003, she is the president of Wallenius Lines AB.
Board Member:
She is also a board member of DSB and Yara ASA, chairman of the board of Bioneer A/S, WWL A/S and vice chairman of the board of Aker ASA. She is independent in relation to the Company and the Executive Group Management.
