Vattenfall AB is the parent company of the Vattenfall Group. With its registered office in Stockholm, it is a Swedish public limited liability company.
Vattenfall’s corporate governance is based on the company’s Articles of Association, the Swedish Companies Act and other Swedish and international laws and regulations. Where applicable, Vattenfall also complies with the rules and regulations governing companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
