Henrik Valgma, General Manager Responsible for providing market access for internal customers in Vattenfall. Responsible for offering trading services to the Group. Responsible for cross border trading including ownership of inter connectors. Focus on energy risk management for the Group. Limited proprietary trading/risk taking in electricity and other commodity markets.
Vattenfall Treasury
Johan Gyllenhoff, General Manager Responsible for the coordination of treasury operations within the areas of borrowing, investments of liquid funds, interest and currency risk exposures, the organisation of cash pools and payment systems, provision of adequate Group financial facilities, updating of the Group’s financial policy and instruction, supervision of the Group’s financial risk situation, hedging advisory service, monitoring and reporting of the Group’s guarantees.
Vattenfall Insurance
Berndt Kockum, General Manager Responsible for co-ordinating and purchasing core business insurance. Responsible for reinsuring part of Vattenfall Insurance’s insurance commitments.
Vattenfall Research and Development
Martin Sjölund, General Manager Responsible for performing research and development for Vattenfall on contractual basis.
Vattenfall IT Infrastructure Service (VIS)
Anders Hanefors, General Manager Responsible for providing IT infrastructure services for the entire Vattenfall Group. The organisation is hosted within existing Vattenfall IT companies in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
