Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO, who is also the President of Vattenfall AB, is appointed by, and is accountable for all business operations in the entire Group, to the Board of Directors.
The CEO manages Vattenfall. In the absence of the CEO, the First Senior Executive Vice President will be the acting CEO. The CEO makes decisions independently or with the support of the Executive Group Management (EGM) or the Executive Committee (ExCom).
