Conrad Electronic sticks with Vattenfall
Vattenfall Europe Berlin extends contract with leading electronic supplier
The Conrad Logistics Centre in Wernberg, Bavaria, shifts about 300 pallets a day to Conrad stores in 140 countries. This adds up to 5.3 million parcels, containing 110 million articles, annually.
Long-term partner
Vattenfall Europe Berlin supplies 10 million kWh annually to the logistics centre and corporate headquarters in Hirschau. The contract is being extended for the third time, and runs to 31 December 2007.
The winning bid includes close collaboration on energy savings and marketing.
