PROPS for Polish district heating projects
Vattenfall Power Consultant is spreading knowledge and skills to Poland.
The training concentrates on improving skills in project management and can be put to use in projects of all sizes.
Learning from real experience
120 project managers and 30 general managers of EW S.A., a major district heating company in Warsaw, have attended project management and PROPS model training. The courses are taught by experienced consultants, who use their extensive knowledge of real projects to conduct the training.
Varied applications
"PROPS is a project management model applicable to all sorts of projects in technical or administrative organisations of any size. It's all about doing the right thing at the right time, focusing on the outcome of the project, and taking a business-minded approach," says Olof Johansson, PROPS training project manager. Since 1998, 800 project managers in Sweden have been undergone project management and PROPS model training.
