Account Manager, Corporate Customer in Distribution Nordic Networks Finland (Tampere)

Please describe in short what you are working with.

Network Finland's Corporate Customer team provides services for customers in our business-to-business segment. Services that we provide reaches from "coast-to-coast" in the distribution business. Some of our customers deliver their services continuously and therefore we have to be available to them when they need us. That makes our everyday work very different and fascinating as well. Fast changes in tasks create inspiring challenges for our work. We have to make sure that our customers get the service they need with a high-quality service level and at the same time be able to develop our service models to be more flexible in a changing environment.

What do you enjoy most in you work?

I really enjoy working with people and I like challenges. Working in customer interface gives me challenges that I need. To be able to create success we have to understand our customers, their needs and what is the best for them. Working in my team, I can say that I feel privileged to have dedicated co-workers supporting each other when needed. This creates a good environment for success.

What do you think are the benefits of working at Vattenfall?

One benefit is that Vattenfall is very big international company and this provides an excellent overview of the energy business. Vattenfall is considered to be a forerunner in many areas of the energy business. This is a huge advantage and an opportunity to develop your personal skills and your career.
