Vattenfall Capital Markets Day, 8 September 2008
On 8 September, 2008, Vattenfall organised its 7th Capital Markets Day in the centre of Berlin.
Some 80 participants, including analysts, investors, bankers, and a few financial journalists listened to presentations delivered by key Vattenfall representatives. Speakers included; CEO Lars G. Josefsson, acting CFO Jonas Florinus, Head of BG Nordic, Hans von Uthmann, Head of BG Central Europe, Tuomo Hatakka, and finally, Head of M&A, Lars Strömberg.
The purpose of the event was to provide a deeper insight into Vattenfall’s present situation, our markets and our strategies and future plans. A special presentation was given on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). The formal part of the CMD was followed by dinner and musical entertainment.
