Would you like to hop onboard and get a head start on your career? Then apply for our international trainee program commencing in the autumn. We are looking for graduates in engineering, business administration, computer science and human science who wish to participate in creating a better future.

The Vattenfall International Trainee Programme provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the Vattenfall Group and the sectors in which we operate. You will also get leadership and management training. The purpose is competence development for the trainees, providing young qualified individuals with great potential to the Vattenfall Group, enhancing cross-border cooperation and internationalisation.

The programme aims to help participants identify tasks they feel passionate about, and to support the company’s overriding goal of being an "Employer of Choice" and our efforts to become "One Vattenfall". Accordingly, the candidates should be generalists with at least one main subject area of concentration. They should also be interested in international work.

The next International Trainee Programme is planned to start in September 2010. The 14 advertisments for the trainee positions in Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be published from February 5. The closing date for these positions will be March 5. Please note that there are local trainee programmes as well.
