Thermal power services

We are leaders in all types of thermal generation facilities and clean coal technologies, including supercritical and CCS technologies.

Our highly qualified engineers provide relevant services in all phases of project development and implementation, from feasibility studies to complete plant designs.

In large projects, we act as Architect/Engineers to provide complete engineering and project management services for power plants, and can also assume the role as Owner's Engineer in the development and execution phase of EPC-Turnkey and EPCM projets . We also act as Lender's or FIDIC engineers, strictly independent of any supplier interests.

We have been involved in the design, engineering, erection supervision, testing and/or commissioning of thermal generating facilities totalling about 60,000 MW over the last five decades.

The detailed engineering know-how and practical experience that we make available to the owners, operators and developers of power and district heating plants, as well as of heating and cooling networks, sets us apart from our peers.

Our extensive experience in thermal, process, electrical, instrumentation and control, chemical, environmental and civil engineering covers the following sectors: Biomass plants; coal, lignite, peat, oil shale combustion plants and biomass co-combustion; waste-to-energy and co-incineration plants; single and ombined cycle gas turbine plants; internal combustion engines; steam turbine technology; carbon capture, transport and storage (CCS); gasification (IGCC) and poly-generation; solar concentrating power, photovoltaics, geothermal plants and desalination.
