Shareholder and Shareholder's Meeting
Vattenfall is 100 per-cent owned by the Swedish state. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall, in accordance with the Articles of Association, be held yearly within six months after the end of each financial year.
The AGM elects, on the recommendations of the owner, the Board and auditors, adopts the income statement and balance sheet, grants discharge from liability and deals with other matters of business that are incumbent upon the AGM pursuant to the Swedish Companies Act or the company’s Articles of Association.
The Annual General Meeting 2012 was held in Stockholm on 25 April.
Time and place for the Annual General Meeting 2013 will be published on this site no later than in conjunction with the third quarter report 2012.
