Offer Committee
In 2008 the Board decided to establish an Offer Committee for the purpose of handling the public offer for the company Eclipse Energy UK Plc, in accordance with the British City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The Board authorised the committee to make decisions on and take necessary actions to handle 100% of the shares in the company. The committee’s members were Lars Westerberg (committee chair) and Viktoria Aastrup.
The committee was dissolved in 2009 after 100% of the shares had been acquired.
