Håkan Erixon
Born 1961 was elected as a director in 2011.
Work Experience
He was expert adviser at the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications with overall responsibility for sales of state-owned companies and corporate finance issues from 2007 to 2010, when he also worked with the Swedish National Debt Office. Håkan has approx. 20 years experience from the international financial industry, including companies as Merrill Lynch International and Citicorp Investment Bank, London. He worked at UBS Investment Bank in London from 1997 to 2007, most recently responsible for the Nordic market and Vice Chairman at the UBS Investment Banking division.

Håkan is also director on the boards of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB Listing Committee and A/O Dom Shvetsii. Previously he was a director on the boards of Vasakronan AB and Carnegie Investment Bank AB.
