Group Functions
The Group Functions shall support and assist the CEO, EGM and the BG Management Teams by executing their functional responsibility.
The functional responsibility of each Group Function is:
- To propose, develop and follow up Group VMS Documents and processes.
- To identify improvement needs and propose necessary Group projects and activities.
- To ensure that the CEO and EGM have access to necessary competence.
- To follow up Business Groups with regard to each Group Function's functional responsibility.
In order to fulfil its functional responsibility each Group Function has authority and responsibility throughout the whole Group within its own area of responsibility.
