Competence development and transfer
Experienced and competent employees are critical to our future operations and continuous competence development is of great importance. We offer and foster our employees’ development in several ways. Besides various forms of functional and technical training, there are also personal development training courses that focus on for instance language, presentation or moderation.
Apart from our training offers, there are always new and interesting challenges ‘on the job’ where our employees can prove and develop their skills during their daily business.
International mobility
As a large multicultural corporation, we need employees with broad international experience. Thus, we encourage employees to work across international and company borders in order to build up a wider network, to support their cultural awareness as well as their language skills.

The goal is to support managers in their role as adaptable and flexible leaders in an international and multicultural environment.
