Accountable for managing the portfolio of non-operated gas assets to extract maximum value for Business Group Benelux. E&P is responsible for all investment/divestment decisions related to its portfolio. The gas is sold to the wholesale market.
Business Unit Power Heat & Services

Jan Homan
Accountable for operating the power and heat generation assets in Business Group Benelux. Contains three units responsible for generation: Generation Core (including Epe gas storage), Heat, and Industry parks. Develops and proposes the hedge strategy for their own hedge portfolio.

Accountable for serving retail and business customers in the Netherlands and Belgium with the aim to maximise customer value in the Netherlands and grow its market share in Belgium, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and keeping down cost-to-serve.
