What do your duties consist of?

 I work for the Sales Department with business customer issues connected to distribution. My duties mainly consist of signing agreements for distribution services during the process of customers switching supplier, dealing with technical claims from customers, the Customer Satisfaction Index process. I am also content manager for the Distribution internet, and work as an Antitrust Compliance Officer for Business Unit Distribution. Since last autumn I am also responsible for the Polish E-mobility activities.

What do you think is the great benefit of working at Vattenfall?

I am involved in the E-mobility activities where Vattenfall commits to take a leading role in promoting market development of electric vehicles. Currently, within Vattenfall group there is a sound portfolio of activities, with different angles, partners and locations. The E-mobility Program Office coordinates all activities within three streams: technical, communications and business development. It gives me the most extraordinary and exciting opportunity of meeting and working with the most knowledgeable E-mobility experts in the market.

Why did you choose to work with customer issues?

I find customer issues as one of the most interesting areas to work in. Our company has a strong customer focus which is reflected in the Vattenfall strategic ambitions as well as in the process of identifying the Customer Satisfaction Index within the group.
From the customer perspective, we have to understand how different activities, services offered by different divisions, market trends, and issues have its impact on the customer satisfaction. It requires openness towards the customers, engaging in a dialogue and being ready to take quick and appropriate action to meet customer needs if it is needed.
